INTRODUCTION
Below is a collection of some of my favourite flower/plant/leaf photographs I have taken over time when hubby I could travel freely about our State of Victoria, and also during Melbourne – Australia’s COVID-19 lockdown – where photography was restricted to our home environment. Some were taken with my Sony long lens, some with my Sony Macro lens and others with my Mobile Phone.

Comments: Yarra Glen Region, Victoria – Australia September 2018. The last day in September, a beautiful spring day, hubby and I decided to take a drive through the Yarra Glen Region. At this time of the year the valleys and hillsides are lush green. Vineyards feature widely throughout the region alongside of pastures where cattle happily grazed under the warm sunshine. Grey clouds gathered up along the mountains ranges as the day drifted towards its end. A beautiful spring day we so much enjoyed – a good to be alive day! Hi Claudia…thank you and Spring has been good this year in Melbourne, Victoria – Australia. Good rainfalls and great growth in the gardens and local bush regions. Not so good for humans, but here we are coming out of lockdowns, so feeling fortunate! How is it going for you in your homeland Claudia?….Warm regards Karen

We’re hanging in here and my area is better, relatively speaking, than most. We are in for a hard winter. So your photos are very welcome.
