“Photography:  Painting and Drawing with Light”

INTRODUCTION

A short photography adventure to another spot along the Goulburn River, at Turner Island Lane, Kirwans Bridge, Victoria – Australia.  This beautiful river scene is one of Victoria’s largest rivers, popular with both holidaymakers and fishermen.  But it can be dangerous and swimmers need to be careful as it has strong currents and lots of tree logs that are hidden beneath its surface.  I was able to take this photo capturing the river bank’s natural habitat that provides life to many varieties of bird wildlife.  In the image, high up in the clouds small flocks of Corellas can be seen.  Hubby and I will return to explore this region further as time goes by!

CONCLUSION

Photography is just another way to improve one’s sense of wellbeing and at the same time – be creative. Being out-and-about experiencing the natural wonders of the world and the creatures it inhabits is a real privilege for sure. It really does rejuvenate the body and soul.
