INTRODUCTION

A freezing cold winter’s day drive along Ribicon‘s Blue Range Road in Victoria – Australia for this photography adventure!  We firstly stopped at ‘Little River Bridge Cool Temperate Rainforest‘ where we discovered a beautiful little river that supported moss-covered trees and large tree ferns.  Further along Blue Range Road, we stopped to observe and take photographs of heavily frosted vegetation.  This scene was just in one small part of a bend in the road beside a very small creek that runs under the road itself. A magical sight, especially when viewed up close.  Little water crystals clung to branches, leaves, flowers and blades of grass. It was a challenge for me to take photographs of this white spectacle and will need to return at a later date with more knowledge and understanding of this subject matter.  But what a lovely drive and discovery, another wonderful opportunity to be out-and-about enjoying mother nature’s wonders!

CONCLUSION

Photography is just another way to improve one’s sense of wellbeing and at the same time – be creative. Being out-and-about experiencing the natural wonders of the world and the creatures it inhabits is a real privilege for sure. It really does rejuvenate the body and soul.
